Anyone else being banned for no reason at all? (3rd party app)

I've alrady submitted a ticket regarding this, but only response I got was an automated response, I would like some clarity on this: #20608534

Got an email earlier saying that I was banned from the game indefinitely, I got looking around to some posts and people were saying they got banned when they were using something called overwolf? I've never used any app in accompany to me playing league other than skype, hell I've never even looked into the game's files. I'm just worried of perma losing hundreds of dollars of skins and I hope that this hasn't really effected too many of you other players as well.
