Where do I go to report someone so I KNOW that they'll end up getting punished, in my recent match I had probably one of my worst experiences I've had in league of legends over the past 5+ years. I want them to learn that it is NOT ok to

Sit in base and afk do everything in your power to NOT help try you best to HELP the enemy Leave every team fight verbally abuse the players admit to trolling in match then, proceed to troll more run down lane just to die call out locations/objectives

and most of all.

Sure it was my promos, but I still carried out the wazoo and pulled some shit out the yin-yang that even I didn't know how I even did and won with my 3 other teammates who refused to lose. Now not only was it the worst, it was the best since I had 3 others who were SO committed to pulling through as a team and saying "Fuck my kda" so we could win.

(Also got mastery 5 MF, so I guess that helped the amount of rage building in that match)
