Hi, I was recently banned from playing League of Legends for being toxic. I think I deserve to be unbanned because I don't have a history of being toxic to other players, and if you look in the past of my chat, you would see I am usually very nice. The reason I was acting rude in this game was because I was unhappy that I didn't get my role because someone called it out for him, and in turn made me not try to win at all and act negatively to my team. Putting a 2 week ban seems excessive considering I have had no warnings prior to this ban. Also, if this helps my report at all, the next game I played was a 1v1 with one of the players on my team from last game, and I apologized for being rude to him.

Ban appeal? well okay, let's see if such a thing is reasonable in this particular case, after all even Riot can sometimes makes mistakes;

So there's a scaling punishment system in place right now. Normally, players who are punished climb from tier to tier up the ladder, which looks like this:

  • 10-game chat restriction
  • 25-game chat restriction
  • 14-day time ban
  • perma-ban

However, some specific behaviors can warrant an "escalation" of punishment - essentially skipping rungs on the ladder. Almost all forms of non-verbal toxicity (except AFKs - they're handled by a different system entirely) automatically warrant a 14-day ban, for example. Additionally, some forms of verbal toxicity (specifically: death threats, hate speech, and other forms of "extreme" toxicity) can also escalate a punishment.

Seems that you should have said that you deserved to have a 2nd chance when you received your chat restrictions & 14 days suspension. Now you paid for it for not reforming.

Asking for reports is considered harassment by RIOT, on top of the other negative behaviors in that chatlog. It's certainly enough to get a ban if you've had bans/restrictions before, so no. No appeal for you.
