Quite litterally i was just banned for calling people bad in a video game... Not only that but they are from games over 3 fucking weeks ago... NOT ONLY THAT but if you read logs im being flamed the entire game. NOT ONLY THAT but after calling them bad i muted them just like riot said. I think someone from riot is just randomly banning people because this is not very smart....
Well what do the chat logs say? Theres probably more. Also its pretty rude to insult someone's skill at a videogame.
Also, you are forgetting the point of muting, its so that you can ignore chat that you don't like. Mutes will not protect you from getting banned.

Just to be clear, Riot says to mute them if they are flaming. Not to insult them, then mute or mute and then insult them.
It's possible all the games are older. Your toxicity is like a little meter that you slowly fill, after a 14 day ban the meter is quite small. Once you hit the limit the system finds a couple of examples and send them to you.
Kind of ironic to say they aren't really smart, when you decided to ignore the warning that came with your 14 day ban and now come to the forums to complain.
