So I feel Eve is not viable anymore. I personally LOVE Eve she has great potential but her one flaw is she has zero sustain in the jungle. I think a passive heal on her Q would make he viable in competitive and ranked. Now I'm not talking Nasus/Morgana levels of healing, I'm talking Irelia W not activated level healing. Getting 5/6/7/8/9 Hp back from each Q would help her immensely in early game while still keeping her nerfed enough so she does not ravage lower ELO's. This is just a concept tell me what yall think! Eve terrifies Riot balance, She cant sustain well in early jungle on purpose(but Rengar exists).

That's why you build some life steal. I can easily clear 2 camps as Eve before going back to get an item, then it's 3-4 camps. Until i get more items and reach lvl 6, which is when i begin to gank and either kill their lane opponent, set them up for the kill, or push them back giving my ally free farm.
