riot staff complain contact information?
Im trying to get a complaint in but the problem is the help desk are a "group" that have no manager (so they claim) and no boss, so they are self governed.. and due to this are refusing to connect me to anyone higher up, claiming theyre a group and everyones equal, nobody is higher up.
So what do I do about this? I need to put in a complaint and they instead just insult me, belittle me and close my requests claiming, Im getting nowhere in 3 months of trying! thats 90 days, dozens of messages and they just ignore me, repeat something off-subject and close my requests... They are NOT doing their job and Id like to report them to someone, but the only people accepting the reports, are the people I'm attempting to report.... so I'm stuck in a loop where for 3 months (over 90 days) I'm getting nowhere with the help desk staff.
I have never felt more like a unwanted customer in any game I've ever paid for by having them to refuse to even talk to me by repeatedly closing my requests, refuse to read what I have to say and reply so far off subject, its like damn I actually regret giving this company my money if I'm treated this poorly and shown I don't matter to your company, your stance seems to be "go away" instead of "lets solve this issue". Its like damn customer service should be there to help the customers, what ever happened to that?
