MASSIVE problem with riot's system
So heres the problem I have:
I've been trying to talk to help desk to get them to address a issue with their banning system and a trolling group dedicated to abusing the fact they don't have a good system, but every time I do, they deflect saying there is no manager, there is no way to report staff and there is no way to submit a complaint or talk about any of these subjects without posting on forums.

So right off the bat they are proving to everybody that they don't care about solving this problem, but rather are deflecting it away from them since they have no accountability, there is no way to report them for not doing their job or being rude or unfair to a player.
I think this needs to change, we need some sort of accountability for staff, some sort of group overlooking what they do, able to double check situations where a player feels they are not being fairly treated or that the staff is miss-using their power to denie clarity and context of riot's stance in these situations (that they are supposed to offer clarity to the rules and riots stance, but commonly refuse to do so due to having no punishment or accountability if they refuse to do their job or abuse power)
Now you might ask: What are the details of what I'm trying to get them to address?
Wish I could tell you, last time I posted about this exact subject, I was banned from this very forums for "telling people how to get around riot's rules"
So if you guys are fully 100% aware that its possible to get around your rules and how to do it, why do you also refuse to address this very real and valid subject that was real and valid enough to ban me from forums, but isn't real or valid enough for your staff to address?
I mean there is a group on facebook with thousands of members who follow 4 simple rules (that I'm not alowed to repeat under threat of punishment on my account here, yet this is where riot staff tell me to post despite it being punishable and banable to talk about it here in detail) yet riot staff pretends like as long as nobody talks about this, then its not a issue! So if they punish everybody and ban everybody who talks about it, nobody is talking about it, then the issue doesn't exist right? This is crazy at best, staff reporting system needs reform, it is OBVIOUSLY not built with the customers best intentions at heart, it is built instead to employ people who are more focused on witch hunting for a single magic word then they care about what is right or wrong. Like an example off the top of my head, informing someone that what they are doing is reportable EVEN IF THEY ARE RIGHT AND THE PERSON IS DOING SOMETHING REPORTABLE is punishable for using team communication to attempt to correct another team members actions (as all team games support aside of league of negativity)
You guys got your player base so wraped around terms like toxic and negativity that you REFUSE TO DEFINE so that you can use it as a BLANKET TERM and apply it to anything, I have been directly told by staff this is WHY they do NOT define it. This isn't right, since both terms are open to interpretation, this means that something that is negative or toxic to you, may not be negative or toxic to me. This means that when I ban yi, I see this as a POSITIVE thing, where as someone else who may play yi and only play yi as a one trick pony, may view this as VERY NEGATIVE and would use this as a trigger to then act negative and toxic to their team despite their actions being verse the rules while banning yi not being verse the rules. This highlights a very real issue with the system in place, your staff so zealously punish anyone for any minor infraction, right or wrong, that your community thinks ANYTHING they disagree with is verse a rule, negativity and toxic cuz they are undefined words open to interpretation and THAT is the interpretation your player base gets; anything they dislike is reportable as negative or toxic cuz to THEM it is negative and toxic despite it not being verse any rules.
I'm sick of going in circles about this, repeatedly getting banned from forums, repeatedly being told to go away from help desk, when does this end? Will this end with me being banned from my account for my opinion outside of the game? Since thats all I'm getting atm, I've been banned from the forums (that I've been directly told to post this exact information into) and I've been banned from live chat on help desk due to negative, unhelpful staff members who had zero intentions of addressing my concerns, asking me to sum it up in one sentence then being rude to me when that doesn't happen cuz this is a big subject. Thats not to say ALL staff are useless rude people, but I'd say the majority are, I've had some real good chats with people in live chat, but that was all ruined and taken away by someone like gunny who refused to read cuz it was too long and just gave a generic reply telling me to go away and that them saying they cant address it, is addressing it, its illogical as hell that I get punished for this companies incompetence with their community, banning system and the "help" they have setup for the community who doesn't wish to help anyone, but rather just wants to be there to moderate punishments. How can you call it a help desk if their job is not to help a customer, but rather just to filter punishments?
I'd like to see it split into two groups, keep your punishment filter squad but call them what they are and make a new group that ACTUALLY attempts to help your player base instead of telling them that their job is punishment filtering and due to that they cant address any of my concerns or offer clarity or context on riots stance on this situation cuz I'm pointing out a huge gaping hole in your system that your in damage control over, that your trying to denie that there is even a problem, trying to denie that there isn't over a quarter of a million people in a troll group following 4 rules to get around your entire banning system while griefing and trolling every game under supported off meta gameplay.
These guys are LAUGHING AT YOUR COMPANY AND STAFF. But do you care enough to fix the problem so they stop? No and THAT is a problem!

As we can clearly see he is confirming exactly my concerns! Saying there is nothing you guys can do about it BUT TELLING ME TO GO TO THE FORUMS TO TALK ABOUT THIS.
Yet when I go to the forums, they BAN ME FOR TALKING ABOUT THIS EXACT SUBJECT.

You guys don't have any way of accountability for your staff, I have a legitimate concern and I have been punished over your suggestions to "go away and take this problem elsewhere to the forums" yet when I tell you that, you tell me

I have a LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT about how your dealing with things and verse your staff, gunny directly (who has repeatedly refused to address my concerns, repeatedly closing my tickets, repeatedly being rude to me) yet I'm being completely ignored by both you, the help desk, the forums and being punished by both of you for pushing the subject instead of accepting your bullshit that "I can't address this, so me saying I can't address this, is somehow addressing it" Is crazy at best, how does this make any logical sense to continue to tell me options that never lead to a solution?
You never offer me something that is a solution to this problem or addresses my concerns but yet you want to tell me its addressed? HOW? Please point out how since I'm not seeing it at all, the only thing I'm seeing is you guys being very rude to me and abusive in the power you have without a manager or any accountability for your actions due to there being no way to report staff or put in a complaint about your work, this system or anything to do with your game, the only thing you guys want to do is pushish your player base! So if its illegal and banable to talk about this on forums, and your telling me to do that, are you not responcabile for me being banned from forums then?
And if your suggestion of taking this to forums is not leading to a solution, where can I go to get a solution to this problem that is ongoing for many many years without your company even TRYING to fix it? I mean the only thing you guys have done since season one is remove things like unskilled and add harsher punishments yet your servers are MORE NEGATIVE then they where in the past due to your community witch hunting "toxic and negativity" as if it applies to anything they dislike, when this is not true, things such as a support taking cs in lane, banning someones champ ect are not verse the rules, however if it happens you may see your team freak out at you and call for a report on you despite not braking any rules. There is a HUGE GROUP OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE who are abusing this very fact, hell, I gave up on YOUR STAFF SOLVING THIS ISSUE, so I joined them I have been doing this EVERY SINGLE GAME and reporting people after for it AND YOUR STAFF THANK ME FOR REPORTING THEM.

If you do, I am formally requesting that they look at this and address it, since I have brought this question up, multiple times, across multiple years, across multiple accounts since SEASON ONE.
Again I'm going to repeat that: I'm a season one player who has brought this up with you guys MORE THEN A DOZEN TIMES to have you guys ignore me and punish me for asking, this ain't right, I want a manager to address this instead of another staff memeber who has zero accountability and doesn't care about me as a customer enough to address my concerns, instead you prove that I'm a unwanted customer by ignoring me and trying to sweep me to the side.

Do I make another account and submit this same issue on a 5th account now so that they are forced to address it instead of telling me they have addressed it in the past?
I'm honestly running out of ideas here cuz they seem relentless on the fact that while agreeing the system is broken, they refuse to talk about it or offer me any kind of clarity of what I can do or how I can play the game legitimately... so since I'm being told there is no way to offer clarity or context of riots stance on this situation (despite it being their job to do so) and I'm being told that they can't offer me any solution as to how to play this game legitimately, so I'm joining the trolls, I've been banning peoples champs every game, taking all cs from support and since riot thinks these are supported off meta type gameplays I've NEVER been punished for it, however this has triggered my team to start braking rules, calling for reports despite it not being verse any rules (that is punishable now to call for a report) ect and you guys give me instant feedback THANKING ME FOR DOING THIS AND REPORTING THEM AFTER.
This highlights a very real issue with your system, your player base is so hungry to be hunting for anything they view as toxic or negative that they think anything is cuz your company refuse's to define it so your incompetent staff can apply it to any situation, I have been directly told this by staff multiple times that this is why they refuse to define it or use a different word that would offer more clarity on what the rule was actually about instead of it being a blanket term that applies to everything, subjectively, open for interpretation by whoever is reading the ONE SIDED OUT OF CONTEXT CONVERSATION. As in, they are reading you talking to yourself.... So for example here, I had a player call for a report on me in a game and I replied " report me? For what?" and cuz I used the magical word "report" despite it not being a call for a report on another player, I was punished cuz another player called for a report on me and I asked them why. I talked to staff about it and they gave me generic replies telling me how its never okay to call for a report on another player, its negative (whatever negative means) and refused to READ what I was saying enough to realize I never called for a report on another player cuz they where looking at the conversation from one side, only my replies, so they didn't see they other person called for a report on me and refused to comment on the fact that another player called for a report on me, again repeating that its not okay to call for a report, despite that NOT being what I did... Whats right and wrong doesn't matter, their job is not to help you, it never has been, its false adversing to call them a help desk when they flat out refuse to do anything but address punishments, if you try to get them to address anything else they deflect it as "not their job" yet there isn't anybody whos job it actually "IS their job" and that is a massive problem, you have a punishment filtering quad pretending to be a help desk while refusing to help anyone with any concerns or offer any clarity or context on riots stance in these situations.
