Apology from a permanently banned player

Permabanned player here. .006% of the population. Just look at my final summoner name. I guess I just wanted to intentionally get banned and move on from this game years ago...

It's been a couple years since I've been banned, but looking back, I really do feel terrible about the words I have used and the teammates I have put down for making simple and human mistakes in a video game.

My problems went beyond league of legends during my toxic time in this game and I have been doing well in making my life better and have learned the importance of carrying a positive attitude everywhere I can.

I do not want my account back and I cannot apologize to everyone, but I would just simply like to say that I'm sorry to this community and all the individual players who I have put down before. I apologize to Riot for making your jobs harder. I really do hope you guys are accomplishing your dreams in this game and in real life.

You've prob never done anything shitty in your life that you regretted or asked forgivance for. Likely, you were born perfect.

Also kudos to you Capt. I admire your ability to look back on what you've done and be contrite. I honestly believe that's what matters. It doesn't absolve toxicity, but it's always a good thing to be able to self-reflect and realize that what you did was wrong:)

I haven't been perma-banned, but in the years I've played I've been penalized four times. Twice a chat restriction for five or ten games, one name change and the last one was a two week ban. Not very modest of me I must say. I can 100% say I deserved them, and honestly probably more. I've uninstalled the game for now, mostly as it was too distracting an influence on my academic career (ungrad program atm), but reflecting I see that what I did was wrong and I could've been banned several times over.

yeah you know what it is actually very simple not to break those rules in the first place. the point of punishment is not we want to get you for what you did. it is a system of deterrence that we don;t want you do to what you did, either by your or someone else.
