This isn't fair.

I just went through 3 champion selects, have been trying to get in game for an hour, and I finally get into a champ select, getting my primary position as well. I'm third pick, and the last pick on my team bans my pick intent for no reason. I already banned the other champion that I could play top and now, don't know what to do. It's already my turn and the guys gives no reason. I just sit there and do nothing and look at the time I now have to wait to queue is 30 minutes. How is this fair? There should be a way to punish people for banning their teammates' picks for no reason other than that they don't like their pick. After this, my rage was overwhelming, so I had to come here and vent my feelings. Can we do something about this please?

P.S. Just so you don't think I was picking something troll or something, I was planning to play Aatrox and before you saying anything about that, he really is perfectly good and viable now.

why do you have a 30 min penalty for dodging that game ?

Because the people who play this game are children and Riot has given them the wheel. So what we have is a stupid situation where trolls do things to make you rage, and you get punished for leaving or raging. It's immature and stupid. If you 'troll' people in real life, and get punched in the mouth, nobody will care. You will have deserved it. Unfortunately Riot is run by naive morons who allow this childish behavior to continue. They only punish the people responding to the trolling, however that may be.

I am thinking of just not playing on the wknds. It's ridiculously bad, and not because of curse words. It's because I get a teemo jg who flames and a malph top who quits, all with a botlane who feeds. But guess who's fault it is? Mine, according to these kids. I just love knowing that one day they will act like this IRL and either get beat up or laughed out of the room.

this is why no matter what i'm playing, i don't pick intent a champ until after all the bans go through. unless i plan on playing a champ that they are likely to ban anyway.

Let me start by saying I don't blame you at all for being upset that a teammate banned your pick. Unfortunately, there are many players who will either ban a champion that they don't like, or will ban a champion that is strong if the person who has them selected isn't the first overall pick. I've never agreed with that. In my opinion, it's poor teamwork, and is already sowing dissent in the team before the match ever begins. If you play the match out, you can report them at the end of the match for griefing; that should be the first report category, Negative Attitude or something similar, if memory serves correct. At this time, there isn't really anything in place to allow players to report someone in champ select without playing through the match. Riot may be working on it, they have definitely been working on a lot of the major issues that players have been bringing up on this Board (can we say ping muting!?!?!?), so it may pop up in upcoming months.

The only thing I will say, and this is more a bit of advice, and not meant as a criticism. You mentioned having only two champs you could play. It might be a good idea to have a bit more of a back-up. While it's great to have one or two champs that you main, and really focus on them, it never hurts to have one or two others that you are at least capable of playing safely in lane. You don't have to be able to hard-carry with them, but at least be able to farm and not feed too much.
