[GAMEPLAY] Kayn -Bugged VO

Kayn has had a very buggy VO ever since his launch as a champion. Many quotes are missing that are listed on wikis and in videos. From the last patch many of these quotes returned, but not all. Also, now Kayn frequently repeats the same voice line two times in a row.

 1. Go into a game as Kayn.
 2. Move around several times and listen to his voicelines.
 3. Many times lines are repeated two times in a row.
 4. Many voicelines are not playing and are missing.

I have played 2 or 3 games since the last patch and have heard the repeating quotes each time.
