Is there a way to disable the ineligible for rewards message after every game?

I honestly think the game telling you every game that you can't get a reward feels like adding fuel to the fire. As someone trying to be a better person to others under the animosity of the internet, its extremely hard to do so when the game is almost mocking you after every game. After having a hard earned victory working with your team till the very end only to see this message popup sometimes just ruins the mood. And if its after a frustrating loss it just amplifies the frustration that much more. So, I was wondering does anyone know a way to maybe stop it or maybe explain why Riot thought it was a good idea in the first place to implement something like this. Granted people had to know somehow why they weren't getting rewards but I don't really think this was the way.
