RIOT needs to do a better job at match-making. How many times do you feel that you are not as skilled than your teammates? Or how OFTEN does it feel like your teammates just cant be the same ELO? 99.99% of the time. Not only the match making , but the ridiculous baby-time-out suspensions. If RIOT is going to mute chat for you because of your "unsportsmanlike" behavior, they should send a chat log between you AND teammate, not just YOUR conversations. If anything ,they should have a PERSON read what is going on, NOT a robot that scans for specific words. Third time I get suspended in a row, over petty things. Mute the teammates, well in that case, how will you communicate? Unjust banning/suspensions are the most annoying thing that RIOT has done.

Why? Did your team mate force you to say something toxic? Probably not. Each player is responsible for their behavior. If they aren't reported, then as far as the system is concerned, they did nothing wrong. The system only scans for specific words in terms of zero tolerance words.

You can communicate a lot with pings actually.

Maybe the problem isn't the system, but you?
