PermaBanned - Lost Money / Unjust?

Dear Riot, Just like any game, League of Legends has a set of guidelines and rules to follow. I was actually a huge COD fan, up until the summer of 2013 when my best friend introduces me to League. Ever since then, my passion for the game, and interests grew. Watching Montages, Championships, and excelling my own skills immensely. Just like any game, it became more of a passionate goal to get better and better. Throughout these 5 years of playing, I have faced many challenges, whether it be fellow summoners and/or my own friends. No matter what game you play, frustration can grow when you play competitively. I have been suspended a couple times throughout the 5 years of playing. I remember what I said , and what the outcomes were. But i never thought about the possibility of getting Permanently Banned. 5 years of playing league consisted of purchasing many champions, skins, and in-game accessories. Not only was this my First Account, but it is the only ONE that I have invested in since I started my League Of Legends journey. I don't condone unsportsmanlike conduct, nor do I appreciate Negative Attitude towards other players, BUT in game of ALL-Concept Chat, anything can be said, and anything can be said back. Keep in mind, this account has been the only account I have ever spent Money on. It's not embarrassing to say, but If i could add up all purchases I have made for my passion of League, it could be well over a couple thousand dollars. Some might say that is extreme. It could be, but after 5 years of playing and stuff constantly coming out, money adds up. That being said, those 5 years come with hours and hours spent on gaming. I have probably over 3 - 4000 games (if not more) played. Now these games, have basically molded the Type of Player I am now. (skill wise and in-game abilities).
I just cant grasp my mind around the fact that I will no longer be able to LOG into the same Account that I once logged in when i STARTED my journey, I cant LOG in the ONE account I have made Many friends, both locally, and internationally, and I CANT ever enjoy another game of League of Legends the same way on a different account. It's super unfortunate and a stomach-wrenching feeling.
Like i said, I don't condone in-game violence, negative attitude, etc. This is one of the few things that I still cherish from my younger days, whether it be a couple games throughout the month, once a month, or even times I play non-stop. Now that I don't have that opportunity, I don't know what else to do. Making another Account is NOT an option for me. Not after all the time and money I have spent over the past 5 years. I have never reached out to RIOT about this matter until now. What can I do?

They will never lift permabans unless it's an error. If making another account isn't an option for you, then this game is longer an option for you to play. Being toxic is also an option. You can choose not to do it and continue to play by the Term of Use you agreed to or you can be toxic and put everything at risk. You chose the latter.

If Riot Support says no, then there's nothing you can do will ever get your account back.

you should have think about all of those things before flaming , by the way in a couple of months you'll be on another acc if you have no other game to play trust me

If you wish to actually discuss your punishment and get some help understanding it then please post your entire unedited Reform Card here in this thread. That said you should have already known what behavior was considered punish worthy since by your own admission this isn't the first time you've been in trouble for poor behavior. Permanent bans are only handed out for consistently poor behavior (and after failing to reform after 3+ chances to do so) or for extremely poor behavior (i.e. death threats, hate speech, racist comments, trolling, intentionally feeding, etc.) and are never overturned unless given out in error.

Again if you wish to actually discuss your punishment and get some help understanding it then please post your entire unedited Reform Card here in this thread. Other than that though all I can say is that if you truly valued your account then you should have thought of that before you decided to act up multiple times.

You either make a new amount or leave the game.

best thing I can suggest is that you get on an alt, be super nice, get a decent rank, and then re-approach them next season with good honors and reformed record

Take the loss of money, this is Riot stealing from players. Or hire a lawyer and do a class action lawsuit, calling their ToU into question, and eliminate toxic based perma bans entirely.
