still honor lvl 2
im a singed OTP and I was honor lvl 5 last season and ive nerver been dishonored but im still honor lvl 2, is it bc no one honors the singed? maybe I should get good? idk but its kinda sucks

You might want to becareful. There is a high possibility that you are getting validly reported in your games, and it is putting your honors progress to a screeching halt.
You can submit a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and ask them whether you have been validly reported.
people on the forums have said that if you're juuuuuuuust toxic enough to be reported and rightfully reported but not toxic enough to get chat restrictions, you're halting your honor progress so it might be how you communicate with your teammates?
riot has been on a big "don't argue, flame, harass, or be overly negative, racist, or hateful" push.
you might be clogging the chat or arguing and it's just enough to be not punishable but also hold your honor back
Number of games matter too instead of just time itself. I have probably played roughly 1700 games this season counting normals and only just recently made it to honor level 5
