Honor

Hey, Im a reasonably new player to league (lvl 36 in about 2 months) and I had a question about the honor system if anyone could help.

I was very toxic for a while as I had a couple of very large lose streaks that were like 4 to 7 losses in a row in which I was probably not doing great but there was a teammate who fed like mad. In between these I had about 1 or 2 wins so it felt really horrible. I got mad and flamed and then I managed to get my honor down to lvl 0. After being at 0 how long would it take to get back up to lvl 2 if I played without flaming and got reasonably consistent upvotes? (the upvotes are most games I will get one premade upvotes and then perhaps 1 or 2 random upvotes?)

I really want to be able to earn rewards as well as stopping flaming in general as I see how useless it is and that there is better alternatives like trying to reinforce the teams morale.

Any help would be useful and appreciated.
