No Capsule for level up

I have levelled up from level 40-41 and I didnt receive a capsule. At first when I got out of the game it appeared like I had not levelled up but after I went for about 10 minutes it said that I was 41 in the top right and I had not received a capsule for this.

I have seen other reports of this type being fixed although they appear to have a screenshot of the match but the match history is down. https://gyazo.com/4727353f4104f73ee2c8cefe86e120e3

I was wondering if there was any way of someone checking my times levelled up in comparison to capsules received or something and fixing it that way although I understand if it is necessary for me to wait for the match history tab to be fixed.

Same here, just leveled up 5 mins ago and didn't got my capsule, let's hope they give it to us right after they fix their problems, but I'm ready for the worst case scenario like with the missions where they fix them but all the progress made while they were bugged didn't count [sg-soraka]
