Just played a game where the whole team was constantly flaming me for not ffing at 15. It's disgusting how even in gold elo, people don't understand the rules of the game. I would get it if they were iron since maybe they just haven't familiarized themselves with the rules of lol but there's no excuse in gold.

For those unfamiliar, the rules when it comes to surrendering is that you must have a certain portion of your team accept the surrender vote, before you give up,; depending on how much time has elapsed.

You are not allowed to afk because other still want to play and then blame others because. they didn't surrender. You are not allowed to flame others because they want to play. (Yes, even if the game is 0/60) You are not allowed to justify trolling because others didn't accept the surrender. And no, it doesn't matter what. reason the person who doesn't surrender give, it is their right to play the game just as much as it is yours.

I've been playing this game for years and it took me like 2 weeks to memorize this rule. It's pretty intuitive.

Not really. Just report them with the same category you'd use for any other flame; Verbal Abuse. The reason that people flame doesn't change anything, it'll still get reviewed and punished all the same.

A better way than...reporting for any other kind of flaming? Flaming is flaming unless it turns into hate speech, which has its own category. Report and move on.

Or maybe stop holding your teammates hostage in unwinnable games. Seems like you brewed up a toxic game, then were surprised by the results.

This is verbal abuse. On the opposite side, I've gotten flamed by teammates for "giving up" simply because I initiated Surrender votes. They clearly confuse losing and not being able to turn the game around with one player giving up, and urge for reports in allchat. Who cares.
