the teemo in my last game.
i cant report him, every single game ive played with him hes gone 1/20+. the game ends and the only option it gives me is to skip waiting for stats. how do i report this pos?

Do you immediately hit skip or do you give it time to load?
Otherwise a support ticket and explain that because it seems to be freezing on the "Skip stats" you have been unable to report.
Whats the point of reporting him? If he didn't flame, he just gets away with it anyway.
i usually press " skip waiting for stats " I've been having this trouble ever since I started playing the game , like it happesn one every 2 or 3 matches , can't honor either , once I had I kept my PC on for 20 hours and didn't touch it , the skip waiting for stats didn't go
are u playing in high enough elo that this guy is in lots of your games? lol doubt it
