So today I decided to try a match on my smurf, which I havent used in a month and a half. When I logged in, it said that my account has been permanently suspended, although I never chat in matches on my smurf, and I've never DC'd on it either? I'm not asking for my account back, I am just wondering why it got perma'd or if it was just an accident (I'm clean on my main too).
I would recommend you to send a ticket to Riot Support and tell them about the situation.
But listen first,Riot does not perma ban accounts for no reason.There has to be something that you done on your account that broke the rules.
1.Have you shared your account with your friend/s? 2.Are you sure you are never toxic or DC? 3.Do you have/had and do you use any cheat programs for LoL? Did/do you script? . . .
It seems there are a lot of players there who report other players for something that they did not do/did. I do not know if you are toxic or scripting,but if you are telling the truth,you should send Riot a ticket about the problem and ask them why your account got perma-suspended.
I really hope it was all just a misunderstanding.

It shouldve popped up with a box on why you were banned,or an Email, if you recieved neither contact support and seeing how it was probably wrongfully banned it will be overturned
