My account was perma Banned about a month ago, for honestly unlawful reasons. whatever Riot has on record isn't fully looked through, & really has disappointed me when it comes to this game, I've been a loyal client since season 1. ever since the ban, I've been leveling my other account, Recently got it to 30, but now I need to get more champions, & runes to play ranked. I'm getting really tired of playing trying to get back to where my original account was that I worked on for almost 6 1/2 years. as well as 100's of dollars spent on skins. I really don't find this game enjoyable anymore due to the fact, I had worked so hard for so long, just to get banned from an unlawful system. On this new account, I just mute everyone as soon as I get into a game, I learned not to smite back towards someone antagonizing or being toxic them self. I hate DOTA, I can't seem to get into any other game like I did league, Is there anyway I can get my account back, I'm about to just leave this game in the past, which I really don't want to, But I can't stand not having any of the work or money I have put into this game.

They don't even need a reason to be able to LAWFULLY ban a account. The only way a ban could be unlawful(in the usa) is for it to violate your civil rights. For this to be proven you would have to prove that the ban was because of discrimination. You would have to prove intent. And you can't as riot doesn't even have access to know if you belong to a protected class under anti discrimination laws.........

First Amendment doesn't protect you from private companies only from the government. Riot has the RIGHT to censor it's game and forums in any way that they want.

So? You were banned..... You did something that warranted a ban.......

And no you can't have your account back because you deserved the punishment.

I'm about to just leave this game in the past, which I really don't want to, But I can't stand not having any of the work or money I have put into this game.

Refund you for what, exactly? You got the RP you paid for, there's no other obligations there.

You then used that RP to get content for your account, and under the Terms of Use that you agree to every time the game patches, Riot has the right to suspend your account should they see fit to. (You say your ban was unlawful, but you didn't give any details about what your ban was for. Your calling it an unlawful system leads me to believe you were banned for toxicity, though. Correct me if I'm wrong there.)

Believe me, I don't like having to go over this, as I myself was banned too. It's just how it is, though, and griping about it gets you nowhere.

I know the feeling, but there's not much else you're able to do about it. Just have to keep on grinding, and grinding, and grinding some more. Either that or quit the game. It's a bummer that both options are pretty unappealing, yeah, but that's just how it is.

I don't like not being able to offer any better suggestions.
