Okay riot I have lost all respect for you. I've been a loyal client for over 6 years, & I've spent 100's of dollars on skins & my account. Kids will hop on this game with there friends, antagonize & harras you, until you get to the point you say something back, & they all group up & report you. Your pyramid for your banning system is lawfully wrong, you need to do more investigation other than looking at the one who reports words. I've had this account for 6 1/2 years, I would like a reviwal of my ban, because I was only defending myself.

You were punished for your consistent verbal abuse and harassment against other players in your game, not because you were only defending yourself. You tend to rage at players who are playing poorly, demand reports against them and telling them to refund skins and champions if they did not perform to your expectations. This was abuse carried across the three chatlogs that were supplied to you when your suspension was issued. Before the permanent suspension hit your account, you went through multiple chat restrictions and a two week suspension for the same behavior. The punishment on your account is more than justified.

In regards to your self defense claim, you can still be punished for firing back at another players. When it comes to your suspension it only matters what you do, not what others do. While you may feel that you are in the right defending yourself or others, two wrongs never make a right. If you run into players displaying negative or toxic behavior in game you can mute them and report them at the end of the game. The moment you fire back with your own negative behavior you warrant any reports made against you and justify any disciplinary actions take against your account.

I mean, I would be fine if you didn't perma ban my account right after a 10 game ban.... i wouldn't care if it was 2 weeks either

Is there anything I can do to redeem myself, I understand I can get frustrated & take it or on other players. But recently I've been working on it. What can I do to show riot it won't happen again, & I just want my account back.

You're not going to be able to get your account back if the ban wasn't an error.

Despite this, however, please don't go on a spree of "revenge" ruining the game for new players on a new account like so many other banned players seem to think is a good idea.

If more people would approach this situation rationally as I have, and actually show improvement as a person instead of an insistence that they weren't at fault, maybe then Riot would be able to consider some kind of alternative.

I have about 4 other accounts that are level 30, how am I supposed to show improvement & have riot consider some kind of alternative when you don't even know if I'm showing improvement? I've lost all respect for riot, I'll make sure I get all 4 other accounts banned as well & go ruin abunch of ranked games for people. Thank you riot, you've successfully ripped off yet another player.

You go from asking if there is anything you can do to get your account back to threatening to ruin games on four other account as revenge for being banned within ten minuets. Why would we consider a second chance when you're continuing to display negative behavior on the boards?

Oh I've seen plenty of people get smited. It's just typically for "toxic" chat (which 99% of the time they are in fact a toxic little 12 year old), or for scripting. I can't recall seeing someone complaining about getting banned for trolling alone.

I think that that is more because the people know they have done something wrong, and you can't really plead to get your account back if a rule has been very clearly broken.

Those "I wasn't even toxic" threads exist because they don't believe they did anything wrong. They actually think its ok to throw verbal abuse and harassment around, or they don't recognize that what they are doing is verbal abuse/harassment.

We don't see alot of threads appealing gameplay toxicity, because most of them already know they are wrong, and they know Riot will know so there is no point in appealing.

Makes sense, though; If there's a 1% chance any given player is toxic, that adds up to about a 10% chance of a toxic player being in any given game. 10% seems about right for how often I deal with toxicity in my games.

It only takes one jackass to kill the fun, and since there's 10 people in every game, the dice are rolled 10 times. This doesn't even factor into the fact that toxic players probably favor certain playlists. There are likely to be a higher proportion of toxic regulars in Ranked Draft than ARAM or Vs AI

Or put another way, you only experience 1 toxic player every 10 games? I sure seem to experience a lot more than that...and that's just "toxic" chat. Doesn't even include toxic gameplay, which is far more common than chat anyway.

I don't think that's what Rhojin meant, exactly. I think he means that because of the number of people who continued their negative behaviors, they just stopped with the second chances altogether.

Considering the sheer positive behavior I've been displaying for a month now has gotten me nowhere in regards to this game, it's safe to assume second chances just aren't a thing and likely will never be.

_(Personally, I'm starting to see why so many banned players opt to troll the system afterward. Reform is largely pointless in the context of this game after being banned, since all you have to look forward to is either leaving the game or dealing with the massive uphill grind for content. I'm still continuing to remain primarily positive and playing, but it feels a bit defeating to know that my reform's been rewarded with... the exact same things a non-reformed player can do.) _

I dont blame people. Watching people get banned for words while you have games routinely ruined even worse by leavers/afks/trolls/intentional throwers, etc. I can see why people lash out and ruin games. This is what happens when you only focus on one subset of the toxic population. Esp. the one that has the least impact on games.

Well, a person can't fix what goes on with other players, so they should focus on making themselves the best they can be.

That's how I see it, anyway.
