Blaize23's Ban for "Toxicness"

I was banned for being "Toxic". I was banned yesterday for absolutely no reason. I was banned for saying the following, "I EAT ASS", "REPORT LUX", and"sidestep". I was simply saying that I ate ass and that i hate snow. (Snow is not a player) I was giving lux tips to sidestep and then she started flaming me so I said to report her. I also only got one chat log, I was banned for one game where I wasn't even toxic. Here is the chat log:
