Dear Riot, im curious how it's possible to get banned for kindness? I have a program install on my computer that makes it LITERALLY impossible for me to say any form of bad word. The program auto corrects my bad words to something random like, candy. I would like to know that with it being LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO SAY A BAD WORD, how do I still get banned? I need a response from a Riot employee, and I strongly recommend you guys fix your reporting system. I bet $20 Million dollars, that if a person went into his games, didn't say a SINGLE WORD the entire game, but all 9 people reported him, he would still get banned, for doing nothing wrong. Fix your shit Riot.

If you're looking for a response from a Riot employee, then your best bet would be to submit a support ticket. Try to be patient, though, as it will likely take a few days to get a response, since Player Support is pretty much always swamped with requests.

If you want, though, perhaps I, or someone else here, could help you understand what caused the ban, but for that I would need a bit more information. To start, exactly what message do you get when you attempt to log in? If you were banned for toxic chat, then you should have received some chat logs. If this is the case, would you mind posting those, and I could help point out what possibly triggered the punishment. If you don't want the anyone else's help, that's fine. I'd still recommend submitting a support ticket.

Riot only Counts 1 report per game, but people like to report overly positive players because they just dont like them. and usually as sort of a sick joke they report them for verbal abuse or hate speech or some other shit like that. So after 20 games of being overly positive and there is one of those cucks in 15 of those game the automatic system will punish you.

Possibility #2. that program running isnt approved by RIOT games Inc. And the system Detected a program running in the background that had influence over parts of the game and the system banned you for suspected Cheating. I would Send a link to the site that the program is from with your support ticket so that they can Figure out if the program got your account flagged.

Possibility #3. The program you are running only changes singular words and not phrasing. So if you say. Kill yourself you Candy Car (Kill yourself you fucking %%%got) The automated anti Flame System that riot has detects the first part of the phrase since it wasn't Changed and Knows that you were in a way attempting to be offensive or Toxic.

I personally would put my money on #3. it only changes individual words and Automated programs are getting smarter by the day so it detected the larger meaning of your sentence and banned you for doing that too much.
