smurfing should be bannable

smurfing takes away the fun in this game im just starting out as a new player and i have run into many smurf players. im going to ask you something would you enjoy a game where you have a 20/2/0 master yi smurf destroying you and youre team. how do i know he was a smurf you ask thats simple his literal name was fucking ''[removed by moderation] '' if that isnt proof i dont know what is the match ended in 15 minutes not because they destroyed our nexus. no its because 2 people rage quit so we had to surrender. if you are a smurf i encourage you to find the nearest highway and jump in the middle of the road. people like smurfs ruin the game and take away the fun youre supposed to have. im done getting killed over and over because theres some high tier player thats better than everyone on my team. if smurfing isnt bannable then im just going to quit im just going to quit a game that i actually think i might love.

but how do you know if it's a smurf? there can be several explanations

  1. it could be a different/new player on the same IP so trying to detect smurfs via IP doesn't work
  2. they may have decided to go play on a different region but don't have an account there so they made a new account to play there
  3. their main account may be banned or temporarily banned so they create a new account.

so really how could you possibly know for sure someone is smurfing on purpose?

Idk man ...its a free to play game. I dont think they can start banning people for making free accounts on their free game.

The majority of players on the boards have smurfs and enjoy abusing low elo on them to boost their self esteem. They will also downvote you to oblivion. Goodluck!

I personally believe that people should only be allowed to have 1 active account per pc ip. However it wont happen because that would lower the revenue for League of Legends since people spend money on skins/champions on their smurf accounts to.

I think it should because it is unfair but so many major content creators do this so I dont think they really can with out major backlash and then it comes to the thing is you need to make sure 100% they are ACTUALLY smurfing banning someone for playing really well is not very good
