so we got this adc vayne who well i guess decied to throw the game cause he keeps refusing to join us in team fights he always goes alone in to the lane dies over and over again even said that he refuses to join us and he don't care if he loses the game even tho we been wining the game all this time and then this fucker got the audacity to cry about being flamed on
Flaming affects everyone, not just the person you direct it at.
In most games, it's not just one other player reporting someone flaming. Multiple teammates and even enemies as well if in all chat are reporting someone.
Flaming does not just affect the player you're flaming - it ruins the game for the whole team.

Here's the way i'm seeing it.
Vayne, a champion who is extremely weak until she gets her core build(generally 2 zeal items + IE, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the gamestate), wants to go to a sidelane to pick up farm and come online, and you keep teamfighting without her. Then, on top of that, you flame her, and berate her for getting upset at you for flaming her. Jesus.
