Toxic player that will ban your pick in lobby!!

So i was in queue and like always i got into a lobby, our jungler wanted to switch with mid but the mid said no. The jungler then proceeded to BAN our mid's pick like no big deal and then our mid dodged. Unluckily i ended up yet again with him in another lobby and i let everyone in the lobby know how rude he was and then he banned MY PICK. If you EVER see this person in a lobby please dodge immediately. I know this might not seem like such a big issue but i mean like c'mon, do you wanna deal with someone that's gonna ban your pick? Here's their profile <removed by moderation> Now obviously it seems like they're a Fizz main that will go out of their way to ban your champion if they don't get the role they wanted or if they don't like you. Such a scumbag.

learn to play more champion and it won't be any issue if a champion got banned

That sucks, you shouldn't have had to experience that.
Revealing an account here on the boards is considered naming and shaming, and it can lead to witch hunts. This is against the rules, because it is possible to frame someone for things which they did not do - among other reasons.
If you want to report the player then please report them after your game or report them through a support ticket, Riot can manually review them to see if there is evidence of them doing this consistently.
If you want to avoid having your hovers banned you could always try doing what I do. I hover something similar to my intended pick without actually hovering that pick, then I just switch and lock in my actual intended pick when it's my turn. That way if somebody wants to ban my hover they still didn't get to ban my main, and I can rest assured that if they banned the champ I wanted to play it's because they genuinely don't want the champ in the game instead of some silly personal reasons. Plus my teammates can see what kind of mid-laner I'm gonna play in case they want to ban something that type of champion is weak to. For example, if I plan to play Xerath, I might hover Lux, Ziggs, or Jhin, and viceversa, could hover Xerath in place of any of those.

When someone dodges because of a troll, you immediately decline the next game! Exit out, wait 1 minute, and then queue up again. Also, not wise to announce that someone is a troll. Idk what you expected to happen after saying that.
