The community agrees that calling someone a 'nobody' is considered toxic.

Yet Phreak called Tyler1 a 'nobody' in the chat of champ select and verbally said it on stream.

Downvote if he should be chat restricted!

So I found the clip you are talking about, and Phreak only said he's a nobody on stream, he never said it in chat. Riot doesn't regulate Twitch, what he did was perfectly fine. https://youtu.be/_y2FAqGO4J0?t=53

Mmm. Riot shouldn't give him a chat restriction for it, for sure, because of what you said. But Riot employees are supposedly held to a higher standard than average players, so I don't know if I consider him calling someone a nobody "perfectly fine".

He still just said it on stream, he didn't say it in chat at all. That's the difference that I'm looking at.

No, calling some useless is toxic. Calling some a nobody is a fair judgement of relative fame. Especially if that person actively acts the bigshot.
