Phreak chat restriction?
The community agrees that calling someone a 'nobody' is considered toxic.
Yet Phreak called Tyler1 a 'nobody' in the chat of champ select and verbally said it on stream.

No, calling some useless is toxic. Calling some a nobody is a fair judgement of relative fame. Especially if that person actively acts the bigshot.
Telling the truth about toxics is not a punishable offense.
Also, what people say in streams is their business, and no, he did not write in in chat. Stop making BS up.
