how do i make a support ticket for player behavior..?

i wanted to make a ticket because this fizz in my last game kept diving their base feeding and told us he doesnt care since the system wont detect him and even if it does hell just get a chat restrict anyway.. feels bad cause mine and enemy team was so chill/nice and it was just sad to see a good game wasted since so many games are really bad matchmade nowdays... anyway i took a screenshot or two of him feeding in their base b4 we even took any t2s.. maybe we had bot t1 idk.. but yeah that should def be enough proof right.. he also didnt get any kills till end of game he ksed 2 to try to dodge system detect...
