[SUGGESTION] Add a prompt when you relog after a dodge so we can report lobby trolls

So I think we have all been in this situation where for whatever reason we are met with a troll or toxic player in champion lobby

and then we are left with the dilemma of choosing between eating the -3 lp and queue time by dodging or potentially losing 20+ lp and 20-50 min of anti fun game with toxic teammates

This is not the first time this has been brought up, people have suggested vote kick in the past but i can see that being abused and making champ select longer than it needs to be

All i want is a prompt that asks why i dodged where i can say if it was just rl stuff and was mb for queueing, or if it was because a troll or bullies being toxic. if FEELSBADMAN when you get punished for being the sacrficial martyr and dodging the game all 5 members knew was lost but were willing to sabotage 20+ min of their life to spite some strangers

As of now the only method to punish those who are actually being toxic is to take screencaps and submit a ticket
