Hi all, is there anyone know how to contact RIOT not by this board and ticket, because it does not work, they always ignore us like we get touch with mobile service company, they just do not accept they made mistake unless you report to TIO.
I think there are lots of players like me get banned for no reason, we need stick together and request RIOT treat us with respect and get our account back.
Just because Riot didn't unban you doesn't mean they aren't listening. Have you considered that maybe the ban was justified?
If you want to discuss with the community what happened to get an opinion from them, I recommend posting your chat logs/reform card (if there is one) and your discussion with player support. If it appears there was indeed an unjustified ban I'm sure we can bring it to the attention of a Rioter who will give it an appropriate response.

You got banned for a reason; logs or gtfo. If you are not going to show logs, all that does is prove you got banned for a good reason and you know it.
Considering you got permed by lv25, it sounds like you worked really hard for that ban.

Lmao their headquarters is in California. Believe me, if it wasn't there would be a LOT of people driving there to "complain". However, California is a rather large state AND rather far from a LOT of players that live in the states. For example, I live in New York. Even if I could drive, I wouldn't take a just over 3 day drive to get to California followed by who knows how long to find where Riot headquarters is all to complain about a ban.
Also, constantly replying to your own ticket bumps it BACK to the end of the line, making your wait a lot longer. Just wait for a Rioter to respond.
You were also told why your account was suspended. However, if you TRULY did not bot, then we can only assume you bought your account as bought accounts tend to be botted to level 30. Or, that your account was compromised and whoever was using it was using bots.
Though I don't recall a case of Riot being wrong with catching botters.
