Hi I tried to log into my account but find it was banned permanent. I actually played last night without any issue.

I looked at the email Riot send to me it said that my account has been detected as having been leveled by botting. This behavior is something that is usually associated with account sales and the use of third party programs, both of which are severe violations of our Terms of Use.

The thing is that I never used any third party software or botting to play the game, I only have one account in oversea client, if I need bot why don't I create more account to play? I even asked you to delete my extra account in north american server. I even purchased a starter pack and some RP so I can buy skin that I like. Why do I do anything that will cause this problem?

You can investigate that I normally would response during the game, I do not think any bot can do that? am I correct? Do you block me due to I always use a certain champions and do not waste my IP to buy champions and runes that I do not want to use or because I normally play with AI?

I really need someone to look at my ticket regarding this issue, if I really did something wrong I will never come to here to ask help. Like I was punished for waiting 20 mins for a few times due to my system crash, the game just frozen for no indication, I tried to re-install the game, driver and even re-install the system, none of them works. These issues are not my intention and I get punished, but I did not come to ask for help and I even think about to purchase a new PC, now I get banned for something I did not do, it is really unfair and not right.

Can anyone look at my account to help me to resolve this, please? At least tell me what is going wrong so I can know what cause my account banned.

If you submitted a ticket then you've already taken the proper course of action. Try to be patient, player support will respond as soon as they can so they can help you out here. Don't bump the ticket with responses before that if you can help it, because it'll put your ticket in the back of the queue.

No, I did not buy it, I create it by myself and use the same name as my email address, and I even asked to delete my other account in north american server which I created by mistaken because I do not need more than one account.

I created it and level up to lv14 and did not play for a few months, recently I used my starter pack and start to play again during Easter day and finally up to lv25, hopefully I can reach lv30 this month then I can ranked like in Chinese client, but now I get banned for no reason. I am really upset about it.

Like I said, my computer crashed caused the punishment, I can accept it even it is not my intention and my fault, but it somehow affect others, so I did not ask for helping, but this time, I get banned for no reason, i really can not accept it.

Why would they ban you for a computer crash and tell you it is for botting?

Because I get banned, so I want to figure it out what is going wrong or I did anything to trigger it, so I tried to look at the FAQ, it said the forth punishment would cause permanent banned, that is the reason I mentioned it and want to address that I will not come here to complain something not really my fault.

The important thing is that I have already served these 20 min waiting punishment and nothing going wrong for days.

The botting is in the email they send to me this morning, but I even played last night and want to play again this morning at 11:00am, then I find I get banned

Then you got banned because you either used a botting program, bought your account, or had someone boost it. No other reason.

The thing is I did not use botting program, did not buy my account, for the third one, I suppose no body steal my account to play since there are only around 2300RP and lv25, not reach lv30 to ranked. btw, if they do, how do I know that?

Well, the number of deaths of you have in bots games is... um... a little unfortunate. You need to work on trying to not die as much. Also, your cs'ing also needs work, but eh, that's a learned skill.

That said, it doesn't - to me, at any rate - look like you did botting.

Thanks for your reply, but as you said, my skill is bad so I used bots? If I used a bot that let me died so many times, why do I need one??? The point to use bots is to win not loose, am I right?

As I can remember there is a summoner code says do not let any newbie behind? Now, I have bad skill, so I need to be banned?????That's so unfair.

I look at my match history, the most death happened during I play Alistar, I play as support role, my role is to protect ADC, so I do not think died for him/her is wrong. The other times I just have bad luck, but the game is matching player based on their skill, so even I played bad, there would be another player played bad in the opponent side. And anyway, you can not punished me because I have bad skills.

And for any games, I think play fun is most important thing, not just killing people, if I have fun to play with friends, that's all I need, I do not even need to kill a single one.

If Riot think killing is most significant factor to the game, they can just said that if one player died too many times and do not kills during the time needs to be banned without any reason.

I think you misread my reply a bit. You're still learning the game, and that's ok. I'm just saying, as a tip, that trying not to die is a good skill to learn, because every death you give up, puts the enemy team ahead. Learning the game is not a ban-worthy offence, and Riot doesn't hand out bans just for being bad at the game.

Anyway, have you linked multiple skills to a single button press? Like, say, Alistar's Headbutt and Pulverize, so you can go in and immediately get the knock-up? Or Tristana's Explosive Charge and Rapid Fire? The software that comes with some gaming mice allows you to set up combos like that. However, that's considered to be using a script, and is not allowed.

Sorry about that. I get replied. You know what? She first said she replied wrong, I did not use scripts etc, but she insist I used bot. what's the difference between that? Like you said I did not botting in any way, but she still think I used and said they mannual checked and they are correct

I don't see it in the record of your games, but then again, I don't have access to the kind of metrics Riot does.

Only thing I can say, I think, is to go ahead and make a new account. At least you haven't invested a lot of time and energy into the old one.

They still accuse me used bot, I cannot just create a new account because I am not sure when would I be banned again. I did not use any bot and get banned, so I am afraid I will be banned for no reason again unless I know the reason

The second reason is I like my account name and I invest money and time into it, I do not want to loose it.

This is what I get replied, the staff even does not bother to read my ticket, just copy and paste like a robot. That's so ridiculous, you banned me for bots like scripts, hacks exploits that I never used, but your company allow your staff reply customer like real bots. That's like policeman speed up and do not allow other speed up and even accuse the other driver speed up which he/she did not. When the driver asks for the reason, the policeman only said I caught you speed up and cannot let you know when and where because he said so.

If I used it, how should I only played a couple of hours per day even none for a few month? and why do I asked you to delete my second account or create more account so I can level up multiple accounts. Is it my fault to play more hours during the Easter than the usual? Does it mean I have to play in a certain hours?

My account has been banned today as well, and I was just playing two days ago. I have not received an email about why I was suspended however.

you are lucky since you only played two days and maybe do not invest any money and effort in it. I put lots of effort and money in it now I get banned

There is no further escalation path for this matter. While the permanent ban was issued correctly, the reason I gave was incorrect and I apologize for that. It was actually banned for botting. Playing the game in this matter ruins the competitive integrity of it, and we also do not permit accounts to be played by third party programs in general. :/

We have manually reviewed this situation, and are confident that the account was banned correctly. As such, it will remain unplayable from here on forward. If you want to have an account on our servers be sure to make them on your own and level them up by hand.

Like he/she said, if I used bots my match history would not be such miserable. No one would use a bots to loose or just played a few hours.

We cannot provide evidence as we do not want players knowing what we look for. This would allow them to bypass our systems if they choose to bot again in the future.

This is what I got today, and they just close my ticked. How can they do that? They do not give me any chance to speak to others, like you want to get inside a shop, the door keeper just keep you outside without reason, you cannot even ask the staff in that shop to help you.

I requested another review from a different Rioter, and it was still found that this punishment was not in error, and unfortunately there's nothing else that can be done in this regard. The account ban will not be removed.

If you have any other concerns you can ask me, but bumping the thread with no additional context will result in the thread being locked so that other player's discussions aren't unfairly pushed down.

Sorry for the bumping. I submitted a ticket again, and try to figure out what happened. If like you said, there is no error, I need find out what happened, otherwise, even I create a new one, the account still would be banned, that is not what I want.
