Fairness in rank games

When you play rank earnestly, but your team feed like a :) :) :) :). How do you feel :) Destroy your rank again and again Is this fair to the players who wanna get out of this fucking rank? Do we need to carry like challengers in every game?(ps:sometimes even Faker can't carry these Fing S )
