I can't create the golden chroma

You need to purchase the chromas with tokens you earn or purchase.. but I saw from other posts that some of the crafting isn't working? I personally have only made orbs so idk entirely what the situation is

You can't create as in nothing happens? You get an error? Hextech and worlds stuff have been a bit buggy so would be good to be more specific, but in the worst case scenario you can wait a bit or you could contact support to manually convert tokens to the Golden Chroma you want.
