Had this caitlyn the other day that tilted himself and proceeded to not listen to anyone and died the same way over and over again, what box would i report this guy for?
You can report him in anyway you want, being bad alone is not a punishable offense.
Unless he's shown an intent that he wants to lose the game (and not being super tilted and not making sound decisions), whatever he is doing isn't punishable.
No one is required to follow the direction of other members of their team. There is no designated Shot Caller or Coach/Captain.
If you feel they were inting, then report for inting/griefing.
The punishment for being bad is losing the game. Unless he was intentionally feeding or otherwise griefing, he wasn't doing anything wrong.
Is refusing to listen to teams and constantly dying the same way 12 times reportable?
It should be to be honest.
People develop habits and patterns. If the meta shifts or they face unfamiliar conditions, they fall back on what they do know. Sometimes, it's exactly the wrong thing to do but, under stress from constant failure and criticism from teammates, they continue to react with the same patterns.
