Stop "deciding" lanes for teammates. Then blaming players for the outcome.

Yeah I just got out of another loss, with another team that had apparently "decided" my lane beforehand. Just another sickening reason this community is complete ass. Snobbish "elitist" players who see everyone else as "beneath them" In my last game I was playing annie mid, and got pressured down. Got one half-gank. (essentially come in, make a few attemps to swing at them, then run away again). After that, I died Once due to a BETTER gank from the enemy jungler, and burst down from anivia. After that? Never once saw another gank from my jungler tryndamere.

Apparently (from post games) after that ONE death, He "Decided mid was lost" and would not gank because it "Was not worth it" Meanwhile I am trying my best to hang on but not even given a chance while being burst down by anivia and a camping rammus. Fast forward to late game where I am 0/6, Not even able to farm, anivia can free roam. Tryndamere has not ganked or helped period. and yet, apparently they are labelling me as a "feeder". and thier validation "ur playing annie, the easiest champ"

I just have to say...STOP $%^$# Deciding the fate of Other peoples lanes, then blaming them when you get the outcome YOU had already deemed for them. The game doesnt exist in a vacuum. No Lane is seperate from the other lanes. You abandon a lane, refuse to help that lane when they are struggling or getting pressured, and then act genuinely suprised when THAT LANE enemy that you decided "wasnt worth ganking" suddenly becomes a problem for the REST of the team. The FULL-HEALTH tryndamere even used the excuse "I would have died too" to validate not saving a gnar who had brought anivia and rammus down to last hit.

So maybe stop giving your damn "royal decrees" on which lanes are "worth" helping. And if you see a lane as "unworthy of assistance" then you dont get to blame that person when the enemy sees this and takes advantage of it. You may see your "lesser' teammates as beneath you, unworthy of help unless they kiss your a$$, but to the enemy, you just let them know that they can camp that lane and get an easy meal as you look the other way.

TL:TR: If you Decide a lane is "gone" because helping the player is not worth your help, then dont blame the player who unintentionally 'feeds' because they are getting pressured and camped while you look the other way. Their problems become your problems because they were "unworthy" of your help.

  1. it's your job to win lane
  2. it's your job to set up your lane so it is easily gankable
  3. if you are holding it in 2v1 mid lane communicate with your jungler to get other objectives as well. Ability to absorb pressure is such an underated skill.
  4. What you do after absorbing that pressure is up to you. Strengthen your communication, and think big picture and take an objective that is away from your lane. You win the game through killing the nexus, not by killing the opponents over and over.

As a jungler, I often give up ganking a lane because :

enemy laner is ahead/is a tank/hard to gank due to their kit while mine has no cc my laner is dumb and keeps pushing without wards and gets camped ( aka every riven/yasuo player ) ganking a lost lane is usually a bad idea as its highly likely neither of us get a kill and as soon as you leave your laner will continue getting stomped there are other lanes that can have more impact if helped - most commonly botlane. idgaf if you re 20 cs below if tristana just got a doublekill, learn to farm under tower and play defensively.

It's your job not to die, if you re getting camped you buy a ward, stop pushing and trying to fight enemy laner. Jungler may help or not, their job is not to cater to every lane but to evaluate the situation and do what seems the most beneficial to the team as a whole.

100% of your deaths are your fault, and yours alone. If you are playing correctly, an unfavorable matchup or a camped lane will result in falling behind in levels, falling behind in farm, and possibly losing tower early. It should not result in deaths though. If it's resulting in deaths, then you are playing poorly, or at least, not as well as the enemy.

Jungler main here, few things I'm looking for.

  1. If I ask for a leash, then some leash(usually not mids job). Most people understand that unless it's Shaco jungling and jungler is starting at the big camp on their side then they need to help leash, though I've had a couple of instances when someone out right refused so they can "get a good start on their lane". Going to their lane and saying "Cant jungle without a leash" gets them to help out.

  2. If you're at the opposite, please please please check the other camp. You don't need to stay there forever, just walk over there and make sure they aren't trying to invade. If you wanna drop a ward and leave go ahead, if you just wanna check and head to lane, that's fine too.

  3. You have to NOT feed over and over. It's ok to get behind. It happens. Just stay safe, farm near tower. I'll try and get up there.

  4. Don't feed. I mean really, it's fine to not "win" your lane but just don't feed.

  5. Don't feed. I shouldn't have to say this over and over but apparently most people still can't understand basic strategy. Do NOT Feed. If you feed them over and over and over, then you're on their own. I ain't going near that shit. This applies to team fights too. Team fight fine, we're doing fine and oh look here comes that 6/0 Darius. I'm out. I suggest you pull a Brave Sir Robin as well.

  6. Don't fucking push left and right and then complain about not ganking. I'm not starting out an attempt at ganking with a tower dive. Pull back and let them come up a bit. Learn about wave management and how to freeze your lane.

  7. Help me take objectives. If I ping at Herald, then come help me take it. I'll even usually let someone else take it and use it on their lane.

  8. Same thing with dragon. We have the opening, this gives some strong teamwide buffs. Get over here and get this big guy instead farting around and stealing my raptors.

  9. If you want red or blue then please ASK. Unless I'm behind and really need the gold/exp/buff then I'll usually let you have it if you ask nicely. I've had a couple times when I was well on the way to killing it and mid just walks over says "Give me blue" FUCK NO! Don't just come over at the last second and make this kind of demand. Try that shit and not only will I take that blue, but also invade the enemy jungle, take their blue and then brag about my "Double Blues". And then keep EVERY other big camp I'm able too.

  10. Get away from Baron. I have a minute CD left to go before Smite comes back up, we're a bit behind, don't have enough turrets and they're all alive and grouped at mid. This is a TERRIBLE time to attempt Baron. Come on guys!
