Under level 30 players more toxic in normal games?
Just something i've noticed. A majority of the players I run into in normal games that start flaming/inting/what have you are under level 30
Anyone else notice this or am I just being nitpicky?

A lot of the newer players coming from other games don't realize that their behavior is unacceptable until they are punished for it. Some of them are probably also second accounts of people who have been permanently banned.
My smurfing to 30 experience has been almost devoid of any toxicity. So I'd say you're nitpicking. Also what Zezockary said.
They are, but I don't blame them. Every game they play in has shitty matchmaking because Riot doesn't care about normals.

people who are under lv30 and new to the game do care about getting banned.
people who are under lv30 (smurf accounts) dont give a $#@! about getting banned since they can just make another account n most of them tend to be bronze 4 or 5 smurfs
