If it dosent cost Rito money then give us a system where the community judges a players behaviour and rules on what his punishment is not a useless automated system that gives "chat restrictions" which just makes the player toxic 5 times in 5 minutes instead of a spam fest of "GET KANSURRR HUURRRR"

I agree, except for the fact the community now tends to encourage poor behavior and play style. This is the season of the casual player. They tend to find humor in the childish troll style of play... Note how our boards have been mainly used to post memes this year... It is a sign.
