I'm consistently getting bad teammates, and i want to report this issue to riot games. How do I do that??? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

the matchmaking gives you players that have (MMR wise) the same skill level as you. get better and you get better mates. or just keep reporting them but for playing bad you dont get a bann and it doesnt rise your mmr.

It can feel like you're on some rito blacklist where you're constantly placed with garbage against pros, but something that's really helped my game is just constantly remembering that a conspiracy like that would basically require the whole world to revolve around you/rito to give a shit about you in particular. Neither of those things are true, so you're probably not on a secret black list.

It's also not true that realizing that has helped my game. I still get garbage all the time. That's just the community rito breeds.

You cannot do that. League is always filled with 'bad' players. Everyone gets the same thing it's not just you. If they try and fix this issue they would go bankrupt and there will be no more League of Legends for anyone to play. My best advice would be to find a different game that doesn't involve teamwork or multiplayer. Find a game that is single player or is free-for-all so you don't have anyone to blame but yourself. That, or only play with friends and people that you know are better than you. Stop playing by yourself.

Let's do some math. You have 4 teammates. As our Lord and Savior Dunkey once said "in any given league of legends game you have 3 decent players and 7 r€*@r&$." (Edited so words don't hurt any of you definitely-not-too-sensitive-people's feelings). There is a 15-22 percent chance that your team is going to be made up of you and 4 poptarts. That leaves 2-3 "good" (relative to your Elo) players on the other team. This scenario is a loss >99.999 percent of the time. The vice versa reciprocal of this scenario is a win >99.999 percent of the time. It really depends on who ends up with the guy playing league on an iPhone. Most solo queue games come down to which team has the most clueless feeder on it.
