What to do with Ranked trolls

I don't know if higher tier divisions have to deal with this sort of problem, but here in the lowest of the low division (Bronze V) lots of games are plagued with trolls. Its hard enough to climb out of the Bronze V pit of Tartarus without the hassle of trolls, but when you get that one guy that throws the game for one reason or another, makes it neigh impossible. And it also dissuades me and others from continuing ranked play. I'm not the kind of player that wants my gold 3 buddy to boost my acct to silver division or higher, i want to climb out because i deserve it. Having said that it seems like its almost impossible to catch a troll that purposely goes into another lane when placed in a lane he didn't want, just to throw a fit. However these people are often more harmful and damaging than the trolls that just flame you for feeding, that i can handle cause we have a mute button. Honestly I'm one of those rare birds that think no one should get their feelers hurt by some anonymous dude online, but thats not the issue i'm having, thats just w/e now.

A few days ago i played a ranked game, and we had a kayle that went support, fine whatever he wants i suppose. During the first 3 minutes of the game our team decided to invade (which i vehemently protested) and that failed invade resulted in a 3 kills over to the enemy team. I was a bit perturbed, but it happens. However this kayle decided then he didn't want to support no more, he was gonna go dual mid and leave our ashe on his own. This is the type of troll that i cannot stand, and that i feel shouldn't be tolerated, especially in ranked play. I was playing Akali at the time so there would be no way i could support the Ashe to cover for Kayle. Needless to say Ashe got creamed, and the enemy bot quickly overpowered everyone else on the team because they had a free lane to farm. I reported the kayle as i'm sure everyone else on our team did as well. whether or not kayle got punished i will never know, but honestly i doubt it. Without watching the game, riot would have no way to know what kayle was doing, as he barely said a word all game, just continued to sit mid, take cs and die with the rest of us when the enemy Jhin and Thresh came to push mid in. There are other instances of this happening to games I'm played on the other team. Someone wanted jungle, and didn't get it, and decided to go jungle anyhow. These are the type of trolls that actually do ruin games, and now i do realize it is hard for Riot to actually catch the those type of trolls, i think if it can be done they should be banned from ranked play indefinitely. But maybe thats just me talking, maybe those types of trolls aren't a big deal at all to other people.

it is a big deal for everyone. nobody wants to waste their time with these type of trolls/idiots. no comments about that kayle, but as for that jungler. you could say it's their fault for playing ranked in the first place. insisting on one lane is like saying "i dont know how to play any lane except for bla bla bla"

the least we can do about them is just report for inting and comment trolling. and leave the rest up to the system. and don't ask for reports because that's not gonna help and you could get a plenty. either way 1 report for 1 game is enough.

tbh i don't play ranked (still unranked 0 games played) but i do plan on playing it. and i hope i don't run into these type of trolls. if i'm gonna lose a game i'll gladly lose it fair and square, not because of some 12 years old trolling kid.

a little advice from me to you. don't hold a grudge against one of these people forever just forget about them and carry on.

About support, to be honest, I feel as long as the support is supporting lanes, it's fair game. If you can't get along with bot lane, you might feel like you'll get more done going mid. It's hard to, in a game that's supposed to have an evolving meta, say "Kayle queued support and supports are only supposed to go bot and take no cs" and etc etc.

I do see similar problems though with other roles. Whether I decide to play Gnar top or Nami top, if I get top, then I'm top. I've had multiple games where say the support decides, "Blitzcrank isn't a top champ so I'm going to go Akali and ping harrass and tell [all] chat lies until you go support."

The problem is that they try to bully you out of your role and your team just wants a win so they'll side with the troll. For all you know, you might get auto-filled into something your don't want the next game so for them to take that away from you instead of just dodging is messed up.
