Player renumerations for being trolled

So we have the report feedback, which is good and well, letting us know that a troll we played with has been punished. And we have remake, which punishes afks, but there should be a renumeration mechanic, where if a troll/s ruin a game for fun, his/her team should be compensated accordingly by deducting lp from their account and redistributing it among the other 4 members to mitigate the loss of lp from the game. This kind of harsh action may actually motivate trolls to cease their tom foolery because of what they stand to lose.
