I've had games before where not everyone can see the hovers, so hard to say whether he did it on purpose or not. In any case threatening to troll because you didn't get the champion you wanted is pretty toxic - punishes the rest of your team for simply being in lobby with you.

yes and it gets worse every day. riot has no control over their community anymore. they don't police the summoners code or AUP with respect to player behavior because they don't care to.

I can say that easily 1/3 of the people i play with violate either the summoners code, or the AUP in my games.

If there is anything I can do to help get these players removed from the community let me know. I'm not a board moderator or a riot employee so I don have any pull outside the court of public opinion.
