Questions about honor in Ssummoner's Rift vs Twisted Treeline

So you guys know how when you get 3 honors in Summoner's Rift you get a special icon next to your name? Well in Twisted Treeline if your 2 other teammates honor you, you get that same special icon next to your name. Now the question is, is the progression the same per each honor? Is it a bit faster if you get the same amount of honors in twisted treeline?
