Reports and honor system question

So let's say there is someone in your past game that said they will report you for intentional feeding when you clearly are not and they do. Does their report make you lose progress in the honor system?

Had a game where my mid laner was saying me and the ADC were inting. (I was support) We were clearly NOT inting. We were 0/3 each in the span of say 15 mins. Yes this mid laner was so toxic that even the enemy team reported that person. 5 minutes later, get a notification that a ban has been issued.

Also, doesn't false reporting make your reports mean a lot less? Would riot not look into your reports even if the report was serious because you kept on false reporting?

False reports do nothing.

Unless you actually were toxic (be that in chat or gameplay wise), nothing happens.

False reports are thrown away.

people can intentionally feed in a way to get pass riot's stupid system to they wont get punished.
