Dodge Timers and AFK Que penalties

So...I ran into player in ARAM that I know to literally troll/feed if he doesn't get his way in match... I dodged. I didn't expect a dodge penalty to be 1 hour 15 minutes. Insane... Guess from all the server instability issues a few weeks back, I really took the hammer. Anyways... Be careful if you dodge and were victim of the server issues a few weeks ago cause OMG this 1h 15m wait is crap. Guess I'll go do IRL stuff for awhile...and maybe go spend money that I was gonna use on RP on something else.

Wow this system is so messed up. You have to wait in time-out for almost an hour and a half so you can play a 20 min game? How many games do you have to play with that queue?

To be completely honest, if your punishment is 1h 15m then this definitely isn't the first time you've been punished for dodging/afk'ing. I've dodged queues on multiple accounts when I've gotten that bad-vibe in champ select and the most I've ever gotten is 10 games of 5 min queue delay. It always results in me just spamming PvAI for 3 or so hours.

Still, 1h 15m is beyond absurd, and you actually have to play the games to get rid of the punishment. Something like this shouldn't exist.
