Birthday wish?

Before I start this post, I know people are going to downvote it because they believe toxic players never change. In the years I've played league, I'd like to say that i've seen people who berate others for little to nothing. Although, their influence shouldn't have spread to me, it became apparent that I was becoming part of those people. It pains me to say that my account has been permanently suspended because of my behaviour. And that in itself is okay, I know what I did wrong, and I've been trying my hardest to become a better player on my smurf account. On that note, I was wondering if Riot can even release perma'd accounts since my birthday is coming up and the only thing that would make me happy is having my main account back since I've invested nearly $200 worth of skins onto it. So I was wondering if it were possible if that plus a promise of reformation would possibly un-perma? As I said, I'm not owed anything by Riot by making purchases, and I know I broke the code of conduct.

(Details if anyone's interested:) I was playing a game of league when i came across a quad queue and of course, they were toxic so I lashed back with some pretty harmful words. They returned the favor much worse than I had so I decided to mute them after that and report them after game. Turns out that they reported me as well and my account got a warning. Next game I was with a toxic duo and against a toxic enemy adc. Of course one thing led to another and boom, perma'd.

I have no one to blame for my actions but myself, and yet again, Riot doesn't owe me ANYTHING for what I've done. But my only wish on my birthday is to able to play on my account with the community that I actually enjoy playing with. gg
