10 game chat ban -> acc suspension?

So, I was placed on a chat restriction for 10 games and I'm not going to deny that I deserved it, I definitely said something that would offend anyone. After promising myself I wouldn't do such a thing again, and that I'd keep myself from typing in chat at all, suddenly after a game a message popped up telling me that my account was suspended for 14 days. I've had a chat ban one time before and I hate myself for getting heated enough to put myself in that position again. But even so, if I got a chat ban on the second time, wouldn't it have been 24 games? This is only the second time and I got a 10 game restriction and then 5 games in, my account was temporarily suspended. When I went to look at the email, it just told me that my account has been suspended for toxic behaviour. This doesn't make sense with the punishment system. Am I missing something somewhere? Am I totally confused about this whole thing?

You can skip tiers if toxic enough, but if you honestly can't think of what would cause that then I'd start looking through your account history and see if there are any games you can't account for.

You can escalate punishment tiers depending on the severity of the offense.

If you haven't received chat logs, then you were likely not banned by the instant feedback system but instead by manual review.

I would recommend opening a support ticket.
