Permma-ban for 1 game.

Hello guys! My name is Cristi and I do not know what to do.It started 2 months ago, I started getting flamed by a lot of guys,I reported the but nobody did something..I am there only for saying good bye to all League Players,but and for saying what I do not think is correct.Well,I got 14 days suspencion for something what I KNOW I did,but now in a match,My enemy,Let's call him X , he started flaming me about my Mother and I did not do something,I just killed him in the game.When he started flaming me so hard with my Mother... I just told him " Stop Retard, If you do not have a Mother Who is normal it's not my problem" and for this I got banned, but no chat-restriction..Riot..Give me my acc for can play with my friends and to do not stop platina this game.I spent 4 years and I did not flame 3 years and a lot of days.. I just flamed one game after the 2 games When I got 14 days suspencion,The same thing, they flamed me and i reported them and afte the 14 days they told me I suck and Riot Will not ban them.. Well , just Give me chat restriction and what you want,but Let me play this game for having fun with my friends and enjoy the taste of the rift. If this will not be possible, well ..
