I was and I am sad because of it. I was flamed on skype and on League , And I flamed like an idiot too. But I felt bad , And I am feeling so ba. I lost too many money .. U usually get 10 25 Fame Chat Restriktion then 14 day Ban and then perma. If you go extreme Flame they jump over penqlty Levels. People always think about their doings after they get punished

no once you get banned for flaming its your fault deal with it learn to behave i got an account banned aswell but im not tryna act innocent i flamed i got banned doesnt matter who i flamed i did . and i lost around 300 bucks worth of skins so yeh. learn to control yourself
Riot will only unban an account if it was human error on their part, or a mistake in the system. Also, riot doesnt care how much money you spent on the game.
