Noticed an incredibly high amount of trolls, toxic or stubborn players in EUW low elo compared to NA

I used to play in NA but high ping made it very hard, so i created an EUW account and stuck to it. what I immediately noticed was the player behavior and the lack of any game understanding (regarding smurfs not new players). In NA normals and ranked, even low elo players had significantly higher gameplay knowledge and lesser toxicity. In EUW though, 4/5 games will have at least one troll/toxic player who will ruin the whole game. So i decided to do a little test, logged into my NA account and started arguing with anyone who was toxic or bad mannered in my games and boom, 3 games later i got a chat restriction, tried doing same in EUW with very similar behavior and sentences and no punishment whatsoever. (did this for 10 games straight) I also reported the toxic players, in NA 3/6 reports were punished and i got a message (player you reported was confirmed toxic and punished etc.) Now in EUW no feedback from riot (even IF they punished them that is). Also one of my friends (also plays in EUW) has a temper he cannot hold and flames a lot in his games, he only received ONE 10-day chat restriction in 4 years of him doing so.

So my question is, why is riot so calm about this in EUW? The amount of players ruining games is so high and the behavior so bad that of the 10 other online games i play, league EUW has the most negative players so far. [slayer-jinx-catface]

EUW isn't that full of snowflakes that get offended as easily unlike NA.

I moved from NA back to UK last year, so switched servers. I don't play ranked, but I am usually paired against golds and silvers, with the occasional plat, so I guess I'm equivalent to low-mid gold.

My finding has been that NA and EUW are each individually more toxic in their own rights.

NA: I found people were more toxic verbally, and really berate you much more than EUW for mistakes, deaths etc.. Everyone's calling everyone** trash** in NA and arguing like little brats, I found. If you die twice in 5 minutes you're trolling and need to be reported and kys etc.

EUW: I find there are way, way more trolls in EUW that ruin games 'physically'. So many games I play in EUW are over before the game even properly starts, with people refusing to play their lane, people refusing to leash jungle, etc. NA was more regimented, in this regard.

TL;DR the overall integrity of NA games was better, but it comes at the price of little mouthy American kids. It was harder to just enjoy a game in NA - the chat bitching was in almost every game.

Funny, my experience is the exact opposite. Played my NA account up to level thirty and had to mute/report people almost every game.

A guess would be that you get paired together with people close to your honor level which is (hopefully) high on your main and probably not so high on your smurfs. However that is not the case since my honor levels are the same on both accounts yet the NA one experienced way more toxicity. This would also lead to a "prisoners island" which Riot says is something they don't want to do.
