0/6 in 7 minutes would be something to worry about...
Feeding in a game is a problem if you are literally just feeding.
If you have solid (especially triple) CS, are doing damage, not walking up and dying under the enemy turret when you cannot even fight them in lane, etc. then it should not be a problem.
A lot of people want to point the finger at someone who has a bad game and claim it is int-feeding.
Generally they do this because they are bad to be honest.
If they were good at the game they could tell the difference between an int-feeder and someone who is merely playing an off game or making mistakes or getting outplayed, camped, whatever.
I think high deaths should be taken into account when it is consistently a problem.
What I mean is similar to my first example. Someone who knows they are behind (already died three times to Darius) and keeps trying to take trades with him, despite his clear advantage and leaves themselves open for more and more deaths. This could be soft-inting or it could be that you need to do a lot more research or practice to play the game properly. But if you keep going in and dying after that point, it becomes clear that you are not trying to win the game. That is when it becomes a problem.
Out of curiosity, are you talking about the game with Garen that you went 0/6?
And if so, were you against Amumu or Yasuo?
